We want to share as much information as possible.
We have attached a link to our detailed policy that shows how we support the Freedom of Information Act. Through the link to our Publication Scheme you can find out more about the information we are happy to bring into the public arena.
We will be as supportive of applications and/or enquiries and any complaints or dissatisfaction will be dealt with through the existing complaints process.
As an organisation we want to be accountable and therefore in responding to simple requests for information that will help inform the debate with our tenants we will not charge. This service will also include leaseholders. For information requests for tenants and leaseholders that cost more than £200 to locate we will charge 10% of the cost.
For requests from non tenants and commercial organisations a charge the amount of the fee will be determined by The Freedom of Information and Data Protection (Appropriate Limit and Fees) Regulations 2004.
Where we charge a fee for providing the requested information we will send you a notice of this charge before answering your enquiry.
