Paying your Rent

Many of our tenants pay their rent and/or garage account by Direct Debit mandate. We will agree with you the most convenient way to pay your rent, leaving you with no arrears or credit at the last week of the financial year.

Former Tenant Arrears are accounts in which the full rent was not paid whilst the tenant was living in the property.

The most important thing is you contact us immediately.

Rent is charged every week and the amounts are balanced every fortnight. A rent account balance statement will provide you with your most recent payments, the rent due and any credit or arrears balances.

Any of our customers can if they wish pay their rent for their property and/or garage with their credit or debit card over the telephone using our freephone number 0800 138 5552 or at either of the Council offices in Truro or Falmouth.
